CP LAND X Painterbell Launches First Mascot Brand, Reinforcing New Image and Creating Brand Love for the New Generation
CP LAND Public Company Limited, one of Thailand's leading real estate developers, has partnered with renowned cartoon artist Painterbell to unveil Cici and Paul, the first creative mascot brand of CP LAND. This initiative aims to develop a brand asset that extends into a cool sticker collection, mascot dolls, and various limited edition souvenirs, showcasing a new identity and image of CP LAND as a symbol of happiness, continuously fostering brand love and reaching out to the new generation.

Ms. Sasina Allmand, Strategic Marketing and Corporate Communications Director at CP LAND, revealed that CP LAND is ready to elevate its brand continuously, aiming to create brand love that meets the needs of customers, external stakeholders, and the community as a whole, under the concept of 'Accessible Communities for Life - Quality for Every Life.' The mascot brand of CP LAND, a first for the organization, was designed in collaboration with Bell Sethaporn Koawanichkul, known as Painterbell, a famous cartoon artist with a unique creative style that resonates with many.

This mascot brand launch will lead to the creation of a cool sticker collection, mascot dolls, and various limited edition souvenirs to serve as brand assets in all marketing activities of CP LAND. The initiative will initially be implemented in the hotel business within the Fortune chain, comprising 13 locations nationwide, as well as in the office building sector (CP Tower) and the residential and condominium business, with plans to expand to other business units. All of this aims to present CP LAND's new identity, creating novelty and easier brand recall through the mascots, with the goal of expanding the customer base and reaching more of the new generation.
“The collaboration stems from the need to reinforce CP LAND's new image, which has been ongoing since late 2022, including logo redesign, brand refresh, the advertisement 'Happiness Can Happen Anywhere Around You' featuring the famous singer Singto Numchok, and the music video 'Hearts Connected - Happiness Is All Around' with renowned songwriter Boy Kosiyabong, leading to the creation of CP LAND's first mascot brand. Painterbell's unique works, characterized by vibrant lines and a modern, cute, and cheerful style, incorporate CP LAND's logo identity, appealing to the new generation who appreciate simplicity infused with positive energy and happiness,” Ms. Sasina concluded.

Mr. Bell Sethaporn Koawanichkul, or Painterbell, the designer of CP LAND's cartoon characters, expressed his honor in creating the first mascot for CP LAND, inspired by the new concept of 'Accessible Communities For Life - Quality for Every Life.' The two characters in the collection include Cici, an eco-friendly girl with striking hair color and a sweet demeanor, yet strong and sporty, who enjoys exercising and taking care of herself, growing organic vegetables to share with friends while considering eco-friendly products. The second character, Paul, is a cool, polite young man who loves music, outdoor sports, and helping the community, with a deep appreciation for nature, whether at the sea or in the mountains. At work, he always takes care of his colleagues, sharing smiles and camaraderie through every task. Both characters clearly represent CP LAND's identity, embodying a bright, approachable persona ready to spread smiles and happiness to everyone, aligning with CP LAND's goal of reaching all demographics.
