Mr. Uthai Uthaisangsoook, CEO of Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI), stated that Sansiri has considered adjusting its total sales target for 2022 from the original 35 billion baht to 47 billion baht, an increase of 34% from the previous target and a 40% increase from last year's total sales of 33.5 billion baht, following a surge in sales to 37 billion baht in the first 9 months, exceeding the annual sales target and nearly 60% growth compared to the same period last year. The sales breakdown includes 27 billion baht from horizontal projects and 10 billion baht from condominium projects, showcasing outstanding performance, especially in the third quarter where Sansiri achieved sales of 18.5 billion baht, a record increase of over 200% from the same quarter last year and 153% from the previous quarter, marking a New High for sales in a single quarter in 3 years since the onset of COVID.
The company has successfully closed sales on 15 projects, with the latest being sold out at The Base Saphan Mai.
The success of sales in the past 9 months is attributed to customer confidence in the Sansiri brand, which is recognized as the number one brand in the Thai real estate sector, resulting in the closure of 15 projects across both horizontal and condominium segments, reinforcing its position as the "Luxury Market Leader" with the successful sale of "Narasiri Bangkok Krungthep" valued at 6 billion baht in just one month, setting a record for the best-selling luxury home project priced between 50 - 100 million baht and achieving the fastest sales closure in Thailand, along with the first phase of the "Burasiri Bangkok Krungthep" project being sold out immediately on pre-sale day, as well as 5 condominium projects sold out, including Condo ME in prime community locations such as Bangna-Bangbo, On Nut-Rama 9, Navanakorn, and Sinakorn, with the latest being sold out at The Base Saphan Mai, reinforcing Sansiri's leadership in developing Affordable Condominiums across all price segments.
