The first half of 65 financial report shows revenue of 203.31 million baht and a profit of 7.51 million baht.

Dr. Pongthorn Tharachaichai, CEO of Project Planning Service Public Company Limited (PPS), stated that the business direction for Q3/2565 will recognize revenue from ongoing projects, including revenue from the sale of land in parcel A3 of the Laem Yamoo project in Phuket, managed by the subsidiary Project Two, amounting to approximately 26 million baht. Additionally, the company has improved cash flow from operations, enabling it to repay about 20% of its bond debt, or approximately 40 million baht, to reduce interest expenses.

In the first half of 2565, the company undertook over 90 new projects worth a total of 260 million baht, including retail business expansion, historical building projects, and infrastructure works. As of June 30, 2565, the company has a backlog of 557.38 million baht, with additional projects awaiting contract signing worth approximately 27.77 million baht. The company continues to pursue new bids for both public and private sector projects. For future operational strategies, the company is discussing opportunities to expand service areas for both existing and new clients, focusing on consulting services in other sectors and new services related to existing clients who trust the company.

Regarding the financial performance for the first half of 2565, the company reported total revenue of 203.31 million baht, an increase from 185.08 million baht in the same period last year, with a net profit of 7.51 million baht, up from a net loss of 1.38 million baht in the previous year. For Q2/2565, the company reported total revenue of 106.05 million baht, an increase from 96.80 million baht in the same period last year, with a net profit of 8.30 million baht, up from 3.79 million baht in the previous year.
