Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd., or "FPIT," a leader in modern industrial real estate development in ASEAN under Frasers Property Thailand Public Company Limited, or "FPT," has announced its latest achievement in winning the Industrial Development of the Year - Thailand Award 2022 from Real Estate Asia Award. This international award is given to leaders in the real estate market who excel in innovation, awarded to FPIT for the development of the Omnichannel Distribution Center project for Central Retail, located in the Frasers Property Logistics Center Bangplee 6. This large Built-to-Suit project features a building area of up to 76,314 square meters and is the first "Omnichannel Logistics Campus" in Thailand.

This award reflects the expertise and excellence of Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) in customer-centric building design innovation, effectively meeting the comprehensive needs of customers. The future Omnichannel Distribution Center developed for Central Retail is a significant achievement that elevates the standards of industrial real estate in Thailand to true international levels.

Central Retail aims to use the Omnichannel Distribution Center as a hub for logistics operations and the distribution of various product types while maximizing operational efficiency to support the continuously growing trend of online ordering. Additionally, it aligns with Central Retail's sustainability initiatives, with a design concept that prioritizes the quality of life for employees within the building and the surrounding environment. This project stands out in both design and comprehensive facilities, such as modern office spaces, exercise tracks within the project, and multipurpose areas that can be adapted for various uses to enhance employee quality of life. Furthermore, it is developed according to green building standards, or LEED.
