The minimum subscription amount is 100,000 baht, with increments of 100,000 baht. The bonds will be offered from June 13-15, 2022, with the aim of raising 1.5 billion baht to repay maturing bonds. The company and the bonds have received a 'BBB' rating with a 'Stable' outlook from TRIS Rating on May 23, 2022, indicating an investment-grade rating.

In the first quarter of 2022, the company achieved sales of over 6.4 billion baht, a 150% increase compared to the same period last year and a 155% increase compared to the fourth quarter of 2021. This sales figure marks a new quarterly sales record for the company and is nearly equal to the total sales of 8.035 billion baht for the entire year of 2021. The sales in the first quarter of 2022 were driven by ongoing projects from 2021, along with the launch of 5 new projects worth over 15 billion baht, including 1. Nue District R9, 2. Nue Mega Plus Bangna, 3. Nue Z-Square Suan Luang Station, 4. Nue Evo Ari, and 5. Nue Connex Condo Don Mueang, all of which received strong market responses, reflected by an average sales rate of 40%-50% across all projects.

For the second quarter of 2022, the company plans to launch 4 new projects worth over 8.7 billion baht, and in the second half of the year, it plans to launch another 9 projects worth over 24 billion baht. This will allow the company to meet its target of launching 18 new projects throughout the year, with a total value of approximately 47.7 billion baht, ensuring a diverse range of products across all areas of Bangkok.

In the first quarter of 2022, the company reported total revenue of 1.496 billion baht, a 44% decrease from the same period last year, as there were no new projects completed and ready for transfer compared to the first quarter of 2021, which had new projects ready for transfer. The revenue for the first quarter of 2022 came from 4 main projects: 1. Noble B19 Sukhumvit, 2. Nue Chaeng Watthana, 3. Nue Connex House Don Mueang, and 4. Noble Gable Watcharapol, all of which were ongoing projects that continued to transfer ownership from late 2021.

As of the first quarter of 2022, the company had a backlog of approximately 15.4 billion baht, an increase from 10 billion baht at the end of 2021. This backlog is expected to be recognized as revenue throughout the remainder of this year and in the next 2-3 years. With this backlog, the company is confident that it will achieve revenue growth exceeding that of 2021 in 2022, and anticipates revenue growth of around 15 billion baht in 2023.
