The company is set to determine the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends from the second half of last year's operations at a rate of 0.40 Baht per share on March 11. Additionally, ASW will distribute ASW-W1 warrants to existing shareholders at a ratio of 3 existing shares for 1 unit of the first warrant, with an exercise price of 12 Baht per share. The company aims to launch 7 new projects, targeting total revenue of 6 billion Baht this year, marking a record high.

Mr. Kram Chatchai, CEO of Asset Wise Public Company Limited or ASW, a leading real estate developer focused on lifestyle under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness", revealed that after the company was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand last year, it has focused on expanding its real estate development business to drive sustainable growth while being a dividend stock that provides good returns to investors. The success of its operations in 2021 overcame challenges posed by the negative impacts of COVID-19, achieving total revenue of 5.034 billion Baht and a net profit of 951 million Baht, representing increases of 19% and 9% respectively from the previous year.
Therefore, the company's board of directors has resolved to propose to the annual general meeting of shareholders for the year 2022, scheduled for April 20, 2022, to approve the payment of dividends to shareholders for the year 2021 at a total rate of 0.54706 Baht per share. This includes the dividend payment from the first half of 2021, which was already distributed at a rate of 0.14706 Baht per share in the form of stock dividends and cash. The remaining dividend from the second half of 2021 will be paid in cash at 0.40 Baht per share, with the record date for shareholders entitled to receive dividends set for March 11, 2022, and the payment date on May 5, 2022.
Additionally, the board has approved the allocation of the first warrant (ASW-W1) of up to 285,373,707 units to existing shareholders based on their shareholding ratio at a rate of 3 existing common shares for 1 unit of the warrant, valid for 2 years from the date of issuance, with an exercise ratio of 1 unit per 1 common share at an exercise price of 12 Baht per share.
Furthermore, the company will seek shareholder approval to increase its registered capital by 506,985,818.00 Baht from the previous registered capital of 856,121,119.00 Baht to a total registered capital of 1,363,106,937.00 Baht by issuing 506,985,818 new common shares with a par value of 1 Baht each. This will support the issuance of new common shares under a general mandate for a limited number of 85,612,111 shares and the issuance and offering of ASW-W1 of 285,373,707 shares, with the proceeds to be used for investments in ongoing projects, including 6 projects such as Atmoz Oasis On Nut, Atmoz Flow Minburi, and The Honor Yothin Phatthana, as well as developing 7 new projects, both condominium and horizontal housing projects, with a total project value of 12.4 billion Baht. For 2022, the company targets sales (pre-sales) of 10 billion Baht and total revenue recognition of 6 billion Baht, representing an approximate growth of 19%, while aiming to become a leading real estate developer in the country.
