The Hospitel service has maintained an average occupancy rate of 98.00 percent daily and has received positive feedback, generating revenue accordingly. Moving forward, we plan to transition to a 100 percent hotel service after the first quarter, with expectations for steady growth in performance during the third and fourth quarters. Meanwhile, C2H is preparing for the official Grand Opening of Oakwood Suites Tiwanon Bangkok, aligning with the government's decision to allow Thai and foreign tourists entering Thailand under the Test & Go scheme to start registering from February 1, 2022, which will further stimulate the recovery of the Thai tourism sector.
