All Inspire Development Public Company Limited or ALL showcases its potential by returning to profitability in Q2/2021, achieving a 149% growth and driving total revenue to 558 million baht, an increase of 118% from Q1/2021. The Q2/2021 financial report indicates a significant rebound in profit trends.
Mr. Thanakorn Thanawirith, Chief Executive Officer of All Inspire Development Public Company Limited or ALL, a provider of residential real estate solutions for both high-rise and low-rise properties, stated that the company has adapted its business plan to align with the COVID-19 situation and economic conditions. Coupled with a business strategy focused on developing condominium projects along the BTS line and targeting real demand buyers at appropriate price levels, every project under the brands The Excel and The Vision has received positive feedback, resulting in strong performance over the past three months in Q2/2021.
(April – June 2021) Successfully returned to profitability, reflecting operational results in both revenue and net profit.
In Q2/2021, the company reported total revenue of 558 million baht, an increase of 118% from Q1/2021, which had total revenue of 256 million baht. The net profit for Q2/2021 was 35 million baht, a 149% increase from Q1/2021, which recorded a net loss of 72 million baht. The main revenue source came from the delivery of property ownership transfers to customers, with Q2/2021 property transfer revenue at 449 million baht, up 90% compared to Q1/2021's property transfer revenue of 236 million baht. The increased revenue figures stem from the completed ownership transfers in 2021 from three projects: The Vision Townhome project on Ladprao - Nawamin valued at 1,385 million baht, The Excel Ladprao – Sutthisan project valued at 1,136 million baht, and The Excel Hideaway Sukhumvit 71 project valued at 1,515 million baht.
“At the end of Q2/2021, the company had a backlog of sales waiting for transfer valued at over 8,500 million baht from 2,000 units, with projects priced at 2 - 3 million baht per unit, approximately 75% of the total. This backlog will gradually recognize revenue over the next 2 - 3 years (2021 - 2023), giving the company confidence in its future performance as it will gradually recognize revenue from this backlog,” Mr. Thanakorn stated.
