Mr. Poonpan Nengphet, Deputy Managing Director of the Horizontal Construction Division, and Mr. Kittipong Sirilaktrakul, Senior Assistant Managing Director of the High-Rise Construction Division at Supalai Public Company Limited, received the Honorary Award for Outstanding Real Estate Projects in 2018 for the Supalai Parkville Pinklao - Kanchana in the “Mid-Range Single House” category and the Supalai City Resort Chaeng Watthana in the “Mid-Range Condominium” category from the Thai Real Estate Research and Valuation Center, Agency for Real Estate Affairs Co., Ltd. The award was presented by Ms. Sarunpat Anumatirach, Assistant Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. These awards were selected based on the project’s “Value for Money”, considering factors such as appropriate pricing, location, materials, design, environmental conditions, and included amenities at the BITEC Bangna Exhibition and Convention Center recently.
