3 Real Estate Associations Join Forces to Launch the 39th Housing and Condo Expo This Year

Mr. Pitiphat Preedanont (fourth from the right), Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the 39th Housing and Condo Expo, along with the committee members, has scheduled a lottery ceremony to select booth spaces under the concept “SMART Thinking HOUSE CONDO SOLUTIONS to Make Living Easy”. The event will feature over 200 companies showcasing more than 1,000 residential projects, including both low-rise and high-rise developments. Notably, companies such as Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, Chao Phraya Mahakhan Public Company Limited, Origin Property Public Company Limited, and Sena Development Public Company Limited have booked the most space for this event. The 39th Housing and Condo Expo is organized in collaboration with the Thai Condominium Association, the Thai Real Estate Association, and the Housing Business Association, and will take place from October 4 to 7, 2018, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Zone C, Floors 1-2, and the Atrium Zone of the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
