Real Asset Launches Latest Project 'Sense Sai Mai 56' Showcasing New Home Concepts Emphasizing 'Sufficient Happiness'
Real Asset has launched its latest project, 'Sense Sai Mai 56', a new housing development under the concept of 'Sufficient Happiness'. This two-story home features meticulously designed functions that are perfectly sized to create a 'warm family', ensuring happiness in every corner of the house. Special prices start at 3.59 million baht, with the project covering an area of 22 rai and comprising 126 units, totaling a project value of 643 million baht. The show home, inspired by the talented artist and songwriter Singto Numchok, will be open for visits, marking his first collaboration with Real Asset as a 'Design Artist' under the theme 'First Happiness'. An Open House event is scheduled for August 18-19, featuring a mini-concert by 'Singto Numchok'.

Mr. Bodinthorn Jeungruangkit, CEO of Real Asset Development Co., Ltd., explained the reason for launching the Sense Sai Mai 56 project, stating that Real Asset is committed to developing products and projects that pay attention to details and the genuine needs of customers. Upon discovering that there is a significant demand for housing in this area, driven by the expansion of residential developments in northern Bangkok (Bang Khen-Watcharapol-Sai Mai-Sukhapiban 5), which has job opportunities, mega-projects, and convenient transportation, it has created a continuous demand for residential projects in the region.

The project's location is considered to have great potential, as it can be accessed via various routes, including Sai Mai Road and Phumsin-Ongkorn Road, which connect to Sukhapiban 5-Watcharapol-Sapan Mai-Lam Luk Ka. Sai Mai 56 is a street that links the Sai Mai area, which is why we incorporated the street name into the project name.

Additionally, the project's location is approximately 800 meters from Sai Mai Road, which connects to Phahonyothin Road and Don Mueang Airport. It is also conveniently located about 5 kilometers from the Sukhapiban 5 expressway entrance and only 4 kilometers from the extension of the Green Line BTS at the Kukot station. The project is currently 69% complete, with surrounding amenities such as shops, shopping centers, schools, and various facilities, which influenced our decision to purchase this land for development.

During the development, the company identified a market gap reflecting the genuine needs of customers who desire their first home that fits their lifestyle—not overly grand but a home that creates sufficient happiness, termed 'Make Sense', which means 'the right fit that is enough'. This concept became the philosophy and principle in designing products and developing the project, leading to the brand name 'Sense'.
The Sense Sai Mai 56 project is the latest addition from Real Asset, following last week's announcement of the STIC Thonglor luxury condominium project. Sense Sai Mai 56 represents a new brand and product for the company, inspired by the lifestyle of the weaver bird, known as a skilled architect in the tropics. The weaver bird, also called the 'craftsman bird', builds nests intricately and beautifully, which inspired the design of homes under the concept of 'sufficient happiness', focusing on precision and design, with every function tailored to create a warm family.

Mr. Veerachai Harnjariyakul, Director of Business Strategy for Housing and Commercial Buildings at Real Asset Development, provided details about the project, stating that Sense Sai Mai 56 is a new concept home, the latest series from Real Asset, with a total project value of 643 million baht. The land sizes range from 36.4 to 50.4 square wah, offering two house models: the Shama model (ฌา-มา) with a usable area of 131 square meters, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, and 1 kitchen; and the Serin model (เซ-ริน) with a usable area of 151 square meters, featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room, and 1 kitchen. An Open House event is set for August 18-19 at the project sales office, with special prices starting at 3.59 million baht and many other promotions, along with an exclusive mini-concert by 'Singto Numchok'.

'We not only focus on the design of the homes but also pay attention to the details of the project's common areas, designed to harmonize with the natural surroundings. The main road of the project is 12 meters wide, with lush trees lining the path to the residential area, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The project features a two-story clubhouse with a swimming pool, separating the children's pool from the adult pool, and a fitness room on the upper floor. The public park area includes outdoor exercise spaces, a jogging track, and a playground, catering to the diverse lifestyles of family members. Additionally, there is a modern security system with CCTV cameras installed from the entrance to the interior of the project, and security guards on duty 24 hours a day at the entrance.'
Regarding Singto Numchok, the talented artist and songwriter, who takes on the new role of 'Design Artist' for Real Asset, he shared his thoughts on designing the show home under the concept of 'First Happiness', stating that his first happiness is his first home, achieved through his own hard work. He wanted to design it himself and oversee every step, such as painting the house with his wife, which he believes is more than just design; it’s about spending time together and enhancing their first happiness. The overall atmosphere of the house reflects a DIY style, created by their own hands.
'My journey with Real Asset began when I performed at the launch event for The Stage Tao Poon-Interchange and had a great conversation with a senior executive from Real Asset. We discussed home design, and they recognized my interest in this area, inviting me to collaborate on something new. Instead of just singing, I was given the opportunity to use my imagination to design a home in my style, which is something I had never done before. Real Asset truly provided me with this opportunity.'
