Collaborating with global partners such as Foster + Partners Studio, in partnership with F&P (Thailand), along with TK Studio, a leading Thai landscape architecture firm, and Atelier Ten, known for global projects like Jewel at Changi Airport and The Museum of Modern Art Expansion (MoMA), they aim to bring nature back to people while integrating nature and architecture closely, creating a seamless journey from the chaos of the city to the wilderness, incorporating green spaces both horizontally and vertically through pocket gardens and natural elements throughout the project’s pathways and every floor. They also study and select local plant species suitable for the microclimate of each area to ensure that the plants can thrive and create a lush and pleasant environment in every corner of the project.

Additionally, Happitat serves as a gateway to a 30-rai urban forest behind the project, which has grown from seed to become the most biodiverse ecosystem in East Bangkok, home to a variety of living creatures and is known as Bangna's Urban Lung, helping to balance the urban environment with nature and providing opportunities for people to live close to nature every day.

  1. The Ultimate World of Imagination: Happiness Through Imagination

Happitat believes that imagination is the starting point of happiness. Therefore, the design of Happitat does not begin with the question of ‘what to put in this space’ but rather ‘how do we want people to feel when they are here?’ Happitat collaborates with ITEC Entertainment, a former global theme park consultant, to design the visitor experience and BUG Studio to create spaces where stories, imagination, and experiences merge into one, inviting people of all ages to explore, discover, and engage in every visit.

This concept is conveyed through Whimsical Market, a family fantasy space featuring over 60 cafes and restaurants, along with exclusive characters that move as if alive and stories hidden in every corner. A highlight is the landmark tree of imagination, three stories high, accompanied by a large giraffe welcoming visitors to step into the world of imagination. Whimsical Market will host special shows every day, inviting people to feel part of the same story, transforming ordinary dining experiences into exciting adventures for the whole family.

Another highlight is the Lumis Theater Hall, a multipurpose hall inspired by the word Lumis or "light," designed to accommodate shows, exhibitions, and immersive experiences, merging light, architecture, and technology to create unique storytelling experiences across all dimensions.

Happitat aims to create a seamless experience between the real and digital worlds (Phygital Experience) by enhancing life with an immersive world of experiences.
