Happitat: A New Happiness Destination Set to Transform Perspectives for Thais

Happitat is a landmark of unimaginable happiness in the Bangna area, a project under Extra Happitat Co., Ltd., promoting the concept of creating a ‘New Destination Paradigm’—a new paradigm for destination development where nature, people, and imagination blend harmoniously, resulting in a space full of learning, relaxation, creativity, and celebration. Mr. Wisit Udomkijchoti, Director of the Happitat Project stated, “The highlight of the Happitat project is the Kingdom of Happiness, consisting of three buildings with different concepts that connect harmoniously, inspired by nature and expressed through outstanding architecture and interior design. Customers will experience both closeness to nature and fulfillment through imagination. For the building design, we have collaborated with Foster + Partners, a world-leading design firm, to serve as consultants for the design, planning, and architecture of the project, in partnership with F&P (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to elevate building standards to be modern and aligned with sustainability concepts. In terms of interior design, customers will experience the beauty of decor inspired by nature, with each floor featuring a different design, crafted perfectly by BUG Studio.
Another highlight of the Happitat project is the design of the experience journey, in collaboration with Mr. Bill Coan, who is behind the success of planning world-class theme parks, serving as the Happitat Journey Designer to ensure that every point of Happitat truly brings happiness to everyone from the very first step, with decor and vibes that are truly unique. We aim for an 85% occupancy rate for retail spaces in the first year of operation, with the project set to officially open in April 2026. With the potential of the location and what Happitat offers to customers, we aim for a total of no less than 19 million visitors per year, divided into 60% families, 30% working-age groups, and 10% Active YOLD.” Mr. Wisit added.

- Lumis Theater Hall A hall with a capacity of 400 people, serving as a theater for performances and events, and another space for organizing events, activities, conferences, seminars, and exhibitions or special occasions.
- Shops with Unique Concepts such as bookstores, flower shops, cafes, quick dine-in restaurants, and a Rooftop Urban Farm.
