Sansiri Public Company Limited, or SIRI, a leading real estate company in Thailand, has set the interest rates for its new series of bonds, which are registered to specific holders, non-subordinated, unsecured, and with a bondholder representative. There are two series: 3-year bonds with a fixed interest rate of 3.10% per year and 4-year bonds with a fixed interest rate of 3.30% per year, with interest paid every three months throughout the bond's duration, offered to the general public.

The bonds will be available for subscription from June 30 and July 1-2, 2026, with a minimum investment of just 1,000 baht and increments of 1,000 baht through 10 leading financial institutions. Both the company and the bonds have been rated at “BBB+” with a “Stable” credit outlook by TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. on May 13, 2026, reflecting confidence in the company's potential and clear operational direction.
