Sansiri reinforces its position as the first Thai real estate company to promote equality in society for over 11 years, announcing its commitment for 2026 to make “equality” a normal part of daily life and a societal standard through the campaign “Live EquallyEvery Day.” This initiative emphasizes that everyone should view equality and diversity as something that is “normal.” It should be accepted with understanding to ensure equal access to opportunities and rights in all aspects and every day, not just at certain times. We stand firm to make equality a normal occurrence that should improve every day. This continues the vision of “Sethaput Thaveesin,” the founder of Sansiri and the 30th Prime Minister of Thailand, who aims to promote equality in all dimensions, from the organizational level to the national level, until the equal marriage law is officially enacted for the first time in Thai history, reflecting not just a legal victory but a step toward genuine acceptance of diversity and broader inclusion.

“A society where equalityis normal” because living equally should not be something that needs to be requested.

In this year’s Pride Month, Sansiri invites society to move forward in supporting everyone’s right to fully express themselves, to stop creating differences, and to open their hearts to accept that diversity is a part of human nature, and equality is something everyone should receive without having to ask for it. It is not a privilege for certain groups but a recognition of equal value as human beings by “stopping judgment” and “accepting” to make “equality” a normal part of daily life.

Project THIS-ABILITY opens space for “every ability” to grow equally.

Sansiri and its subsidiaries value “ability” over limitations (Ability) through the THIS-ABILITY project, believing that employing people with disabilities is an opportunity that can change lives for the better. At the organizational level, Sansiri employees and subsidiaries are tasked with managing various roles, pushing the potential of each individual from Content Creator, Call Center to Reception, etc. Externally, through promoting collaboration and inspiring businesses, partners, and allies to support the employment of people with disabilities more. Sansiri has collaborated with partners in Habito Mall to employ people with disabilities, creating space for every ability to have a quality life that is equal. Additionally, Sansiri is moving forward to create an organizational culture that values the quality of life of employees in all dimensions by enhancing welfare that aligns with the lifestyles and needs of modern people, including expanding leave rights to care for sick pets and adding emergency loan benefits for pet medical expenses (Pet Medical Emergency Loan) supporting leave for team-building activities (Department Outing Leave) to promote effective collaboration, as well as increasing leave rights to care for family members with critical illnesses (Compassionate Leave) and continuing to support scholarships for employees' children, reflecting Sansiri's commitment to comprehensively caring for employees, from personal life, family, to workplace bonds, so that everyone can fully utilize their potential and grow sustainably with the organization.

Current data shows that the new generation strongly values ‘equality’, which is not an issue waiting for acceptance but a basic standard expected to be realized in all aspects of life, whether at work, in organizations, or in the surrounding society. 62% of Gen Z believe that racial diversity is beneficial for society, and over 96% of Thai Gen Z believe that having work goals is a crucial factor for quality of life, expecting fairness, acceptance of differences (inclusion), and respect for humanity equally, which has become a norm in organizations and society. Meanwhile, organizations recognized by the new generation today are not judged solely by compensation or career advancement but also by respecting employee values, creating a balance between life and work, and fostering an organizational culture that is genuinely open and aligned with people's identities, allowing everyone to be fully themselves, which is not a privilege but a normal right that everyone should receive equally.
