SC is advancing its mission to create a living experience for modern urban dwellers by partnering with CP ALL, the operator of 7-Eleven and 7-Delivery, to open 7-Eleven stores in 4 quality condominium projects under the Reference and COBE brands. This initiative reinforces the concept of developing "good and convenient communities" that integrate all aspects of living in one place, with the first location set to launch at Reference Sathorn-Wongwianyai this June.

Ms. Kanokorn Limkhamnoed, Managing Director of the High-Rise Property Development and International Customer Group at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC), stated that SC aims to develop residential projects that not only meet design and quality standards but also accommodate the real-life needs of residents. Recently, the company has collaborated with CP ALL to prepare for the opening of 7-Eleven stores in four condominium projects under the Reference and COBE brands.

“A good residential project must address the real-life needs of its residents. Our collaboration with CP ALL enhances quality of life and brings convenience closer to home. We believe that having a 7-Eleven within the project will help create a vibrant, convenient community that truly meets the lifestyle needs of urban dwellers,” Ms. Kanokorn said.

This collaboration covers four quality condominium projects by SC, starting with Reference Sathorn-Wongwianyai, a centrally located condominium in Thonburi that connects easily to Sathorn, catering to urban lifestyles that require both mobility and comprehensive daily living amenities, with the store opening scheduled for June. Next is COBE Ratchada-Rama 9, a pet-friendly condominium in the New CBD area, close to job opportunities and key lifestyle centers in Bangkok, which will feature freshly prepared food options to suit modern lifestyles. Following that is COBE Ladprao-Sutthisan, located in a continuously growing area near the BTS and large community hubs, and Reference Kaset District, a condominium near universities and important educational zones, catering to both students and young professionals. The first 7-Eleven will open at Reference Sathorn-Wongwianyai in June, with subsequent openings planned for other locations.

Mr. Tappatep Jiraditwong, Deputy Managing Director of CP ALL, emphasized that CP ALL is committed to expanding its services to enhance consumer convenience in all aspects of life. This collaboration with SC extends this vision into residential areas, which is another crucial context of daily life.
