The platform has been developed by the Thai Real Estate Association and integrates cooperation with Bangkok to serve as a mechanism for matching "Housing Demand" with "Housing Supply" from the private sector and relevant agencies, ensuring that it meets the needs based on income levels, locations, and individual repayment capabilities. This will enhance the opportunities for government officials and personnel in Bangkok to access affordable housing in a concrete manner.

Bangkok has scheduled the "BKK Housing Expo" on May 8, 2026, at the Sports Complex 2, Bangkok Youth Center (Thai-Japanese), Din Daeng, to serve as a central platform for gathering housing projects from leading developers, along with special offers on pricing, loan conditions, and financial consulting services. The goal is to enable participants to access information, compare options, and make effective decisions all in one event. Participants will receive the following benefits:
