TOSTEM Reinforces Its Expertise in Aluminum Doors and Windows with the launch of two new products: the "GIESTA" front door featuring a new design in three styles that incorporates Japanese wood grain techniques on steel panels, along with a new color, Chestnut, and the "IN16 Interior Series"—an innovative line of ultra-slim interior doors and partitions measuring just 16 mm. The synchronized hanging door allows for simultaneous opening and closing from both sides, while the swing door with floor spring hinges features a concealed door closer, and the corner type fixed divider enhances room separation. These products will be unveiled for the first time at Architect Expo '69 from April 28 to May 3 at Challenger Hall 1-3, Impact Muang Thong Thani. TOSTEM also aims to increase its customer base among homeowners and commercial building owners, expanding its network through TOSTEM Studio to reach a total of 25 branches nationwide, targeting a 20% revenue growth in 2026.

Mr. Wicha Worasayan, Leader of the Housing Technology Business Group at LH T Asia Sales and Marketing Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of aluminum doors and windows under the brand "TOSTEM" (part of LIXIL Corporation), stated that following the success of TOSTEM's product expansion in Thailand, which has received positive feedback from designers, architects, and interior designers, TOSTEM is now building on this success and reaffirming its leadership in innovative aluminum door and window solutions. The new offerings, "GIESTA" for exterior doors and the "IN16 Interior Series" for interior doors and partitions, are designed to meet the modern lifestyle's emphasis on flexibility and quality living, and will debut at the largest architecture and construction technology exhibition in ASEAN, Architect Expo 2026.

TOSTEM's exhibition will showcase the theme “BEYOND THE FRAME”, presenting a new definition that goes beyond just doors and windows, aiming to lead in design and innovation. A key highlight will be the launch of the new wood-grain patterned steel door "GIESTA," which employs the Japanese technique of ‘Uzukuri’ to create a textured wood-like appearance, emphasizing the wood grain and providing a realistic touch. Available in various colors, it will also introduce the new Chestnut color, inspired by natural wood tones, enhancing the charm and depth of buildings while maintaining high quality through advanced Japanese engineering standards, resulting in a durable steel structure with rubber seals and tight frames to minimize water and air leakage. It features a two-layer locking system for added security and a reversible key for user convenience, available in three models:

• Model D04: Japanese Modern style door that reinterprets traditional Japanese lattice designs with continuous lines across the entire panel, creating a sleek yet powerful aesthetic.

• Model G05: Soft Contemporary style door characterized by rounded lines that provide a warm, wood-like feel, with glass panels to invite natural light, creating a soft and friendly atmosphere.

• Model C01: European Classical with Modern Proportion style door that combines European decorative moldings with modern elements, offering elegance both inside and outside the home.

Meanwhile, the “IN16 Interior Series” features doors and partitions designed to seamlessly connect living spaces, distinguished by a slim frame of just 16 mm, harmonizing the natural atmosphere from outside with the interior space while concealing screw joints for a clean look, enhancing comfort and spaciousness in homes. Available in five colors: Natural White, Shine Gray, Autumn Brown, Dusk Gray, and Natural Black, this series includes:

• Synchronized Hanging Door: A new design sliding door with a synchronized function that allows for quiet and smooth simultaneous opening and closing from both sides, with a hidden rail for a clean look, maintaining strength while being slim with a profile and handle size of 16 mm, saving space and fitting into any decor style.

• Swing Door with Floor Spring Hinges: A swing door with a concealed door closer, providing smooth operation and long-lasting durability, blending seamlessly into the space, ideal for decor that requires simplicity yet is rich in taste.

• Corner Type Fixed Divider: A corner room divider that adds new dimensions to interior spaces, perfectly dividing usage zones with a lightweight, airy design that connects all atmospheres into one.

TOSTEM is also set to impress with a booth designed to showcase the aesthetics of space allocation, created by Phakorn Mahapan, an architect from M SPACE, who reinterprets the elegance yet strength of Japanese samurai armor into curved lines for facade decoration. The structure is designed to stand out and be open in all four directions, with a loft that provides an overview from above. The booth will also feature a maze inspired by pinball movement, guiding visitors to explore pathways and spend time in interconnected smaller rooms with TOSTEM's doors and sliding panels. Special privileges will be offered to customers at Architect Expo '69, such as a 15% discount on products from the GRANTS, ATIS, and IN16 series with a deposit of 20,000 baht during the event from April 28 to May 3, 2026, with orders placed and installed by October 31, 2026, through participating dealers only.

Mr. Wicha further stated that the company has adjusted its strategy and business direction to align with the overall real estate market, which is slowing down in launching new projects, resulting in a slowdown in the growth of project customers. TOSTEM aims to increase its share of customers in high-potential markets that still require new housing solutions, such as homeowners (Retail) who are renovating or building new homes, and commercial buildings (Commercial Building) such as hotels, resorts, hospitals, restaurants, office buildings, and educational institutions.

For the key strategy to reach both of these main customer groups, TOSTEM aims to expand its service network across various provinces, particularly in major cities and tourist areas with high purchasing power and market gaps. This will be done in collaboration with business partners to develop TOSTEM Studio, managed by expert dealers, to create experiential spaces for customers to personally experience TOSTEM's housing design and innovations. Currently, TOSTEM Studio has opened 18 locations nationwide, including Bangkok, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Nakhon Pathom, Ayutthaya, Phitsanulok, Chonburi, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Ubon Ratchathani, Nakhon Ratchasima, Songkhla, Nan, Chiang Rai, and Chiang Mai, with plans to expand to a total of 25 branches this year to effectively connect the brand with customers in all regions. This network expansion is expected to contribute to a 20% increase in total sales in 2026 compared to the previous year.

Those interested can experience TOSTEM's new housing design and innovations along with special promotions at Architect Expo '69 from April 28 to May 3, 2026, at booth D108, pillar 22, Challenger Hall 1, entrance 3, Impact Muang Thong Thani.
