Master Tawan Lekapatt, a national feng shui expert, honored the occasion with a special lecture on the topic "Feng Shui of the Golden Location: Ratchada-Rama 9" during the Open House event for the premium Grade A office building "AIA Connect," organized by AIA Thailand in collaboration with CBRE Thailand. He pointed out that AIA Connect is located on Ratchada-Rama 9 Road, a vital economic hub in Bangkok, which is considered a golden feng shui location due to its ability to receive "energy currents" from multiple directions, including two subway lines and the constant movement of the city. Additionally, the surrounding area features a "curved embrace" or dragon's belly shape, which helps to retain energy conducive to positive energy flow. According to feng shui principles, these factors support long-term business growth and contribute to the prosperity and sustainable success of all tenants in the AIA Connect building.
