Supalai Takes a Big Step! Establishes 'Community Living Hub' Over 287 Rai in Rangsit Area
Supalai Public Company Limited is advancing its push into the residential market in the northern Bangkok area by creating a large Community Living Hub spanning over 287 rai along Rangsit-Nakhon Nayok Road. For the first phase of development, Supalai is launching two projects within the same community, starting with the project “Supalai Prima Villa Rangsit Klong 3”, valued at approximately 3.36 billion baht, featuring luxury single-family homes on over 98 rai. It offers seven house designs in the Romantic Charm series, with land starting from approximately 100 square wah and living areas ranging from 238 to 502 square meters, accommodating only 271 families with functions of 4-5 bedrooms, 4-7 bathrooms, and parking for 2-4 cars.
