The company benefits from the recovery of tourism and adjusts its strategy to focus on the Phuket market, driving revenue and net profit growth to close the year. For 2026, ASW aims to move forward confidently under the vision of EMPOWERING THE FUTURE, preparing to transfer an additional 11 new completed projects at an all-time high value of up to 26.760 billion Baht, with a backlog of 33.944 billion Baht. The company is confident that 2026 will be another year of significant growth for ASW, especially after the TITLE brand expands its portfolio in Phuket, supporting continuous sales and revenue growth. The company plans to launch another 11 new projects across Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and Phuket, targeting sales of 18.500 billion Baht and revenue of 12.500 billion Baht, representing a 32% increase.

Mr. Kramchad Wiphanpong, CEO of AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), stated that ASW has effectively achieved its performance for 2025, with total sales of 23.407 billion Baht, a 21% growth from the previous year. The total revenue stands at 9.466 billion Baht with a net profit of 1.078 billion Baht. Particularly in Q4/2025, the company saw growth in revenue and net profit compared to the previous quarter (QoQ) and the previous year (YoY) due to the acceleration of ownership transfers for projects such as THE TITLE Legendary Bang-Tao, Kave Wonderland, and Modiz Avantgarde, which were completed ahead of schedule at the beginning of 2026, allowing ASW to gradually recognize revenue since the end of last year.

With stable growth performance, the company's board of directors has approved a proposal to the annual general meeting (AGM) to pay dividends from retained earnings and the company's performance for the 12 months of 2025 at a rate of 0.50 Baht per share, pending approval at the meeting on April 23, 2026, with the XD mark effective on April 30, 2026.

“Tourism has been the main driver in Q4/2025, allowing the real estate market in tourist cities to maintain good growth amid challenging economic conditions. ASW has adjusted its strategy to focus on managing ready-to-move-in project stocks while cautiously launching new projects, particularly in Phuket, which is a strategic location with a high purchasing power customer base and strong demand in all market conditions. The Phuket portfolio serves as a growth engine that enables ASW to achieve stable growth in 2025,” Mr. Kramchad stated.

Mr. Kramchad further noted that the Thai economy in 2026 faces pressure from trade wars, U.S. tariff policies, and geopolitical issues, which may affect confidence and credit considerations from financial institutions. This makes the real estate market this year highly specific. The real demand segment still has strong potential, but operators must study and develop products that meet market needs accurately. However, there are positive factors to monitor, including the trend of declining interest rates, government economic stimulus measures, and household debt issues, as well as the consideration of extending the period for reduced transfer and mortgage fees and relaxing LTV measures that will end in June. The company is closely monitoring the situation and strategically aligning with the market to create stable and sustainable growth.

As of the end of 2025, ASW has a backlog of 33.944 billion Baht, which will gradually be recognized as revenue from this year until 2028. The company also plans to gradually transfer 11 new residential projects to be completed in 2026, with a total project value of 26.760 billion Baht, marking the highest total value since the company's inception (All-Time High). This includes 7 condominium projects in Bangkok and surrounding areas valued at 15.060 billion Baht and 4 Leisure Residence projects under the “THE TITLE” brand in Phuket, developed by Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited, valued at 11.700 billion Baht.

In the first half of 2026, the company will gradually recognize revenue from 6 projects totaling 16.360 billion Baht, including 1. Modiz Avantgarde, a condominium near Thammasat University Rangsit valued at 1.800 billion Baht, and 2. Kave Luminous Bangmod, a campus condominium near King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi valued at 1.200 billion Baht, which are the two main projects expected to generate revenue recognition in Q1/2026. 3. Modiz Vault Kaset-Sripatum valued at 2.200 billion Baht, 4. Kave Genesis Nakhon Pathom valued at 1.160 billion Baht, 5. THE TITLE Heritage Bang-Tao valued at 6.000 billion Baht, and 6. THE TITLE Serenity Naiyang valued at 4.000 billion Baht.

Meanwhile, ASW continues to operate under the concept of “EMPOWERING THE FUTURE” to strengthen and ensure sustainable growth, planning to launch new projects in high-potential locations in Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and Phuket, totaling 11 projects with a total value of 17.555 billion Baht, aiming for sales of 18.500 billion Baht and total revenue of 12.500 billion Baht, growing 32% from the previous year (YoY).
