Noble Development Public Company Limited has unveiled a fresh perspective on living through the event “Longevity Living by the River” at the Nue Riverest Ratburana project, a riverside condominium along the Chao Phraya River. The design aims to promote a healthy and long life, suggesting that longevity should not be a matter of effort or discipline but should naturally arise from the environment we inhabit daily.

Ms. Padaporn Moolsart, Vice President of Business Development, stated that Noble views longevity as the starting point for project development. The fundamental question is how to design living spaces that allow people to genuinely care for themselves in their daily lives without feeling they need to “try harder.” “We do not see longevity as a special activity but as something that should be integrated into the rhythm of normal life, including movement, rest, and recovery, which should occur naturally in the daily lives of urban dwellers,” she explained.

This concept begins with the choice of a riverside location near the city that still retains nature and green spaces, particularly the view towards Bang Kachao, which serves as the lungs of Bangkok. Noble has thus conceptualized the project as Urban-Rest, a midpoint between urban life and relaxation, allowing self-care to be achievable without the need for long commutes. Under this concept, Noble organized the “Longevity Living by the River” event to provide participants with a real experience by the Chao Phraya River, inviting two health experts: Dr. Wannaviputh Sanprasertwong, a specialist in preventive medicine and anti-aging, and Mr. Jay Wannakorn, a fitness influencer and resident of the project, to share insights on living a life with longevity.

From a health perspective, Dr. Wannaviputh explained that longevity is not just about living a long life but also about having a Health Span, the period during which we can live well, walk, think, and do what we love freely. Although human lifespan has increased, the average Health Span is only about 80% of life, with the remaining 20% often spent dealing with chronic diseases, pain, and dependence on treatment. “What is concerning is not aging but chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, and obesity, which rapidly diminish quality of life. Additionally, the fast-paced urban context, stress, and pollution make self-care increasingly difficult. When the environment is not supportive, health gradually deteriorates without us realizing it,” she noted.

Dr. Wannaviputh further added that conversely, if the surrounding environment is supportive, both body and mind will gradually be guided towards better behaviors. This requires continuous care through four pillars: regular physical movement (Move), rest and avoidance of health disruptors (Reset), stress management and mental relaxation (Rest), and nutrition combined with social interaction (Nourish). The surrounding environment plays a crucial role in making these practices a reality in daily life.

Ms. Padaporn added that Nue Riverest Ratburana has interpreted these four pillars into actual space design, from the layout that separates the parking area from the living zone to reduce noise, smoke, and disturbances, to creating a transition from the city to nature as soon as one steps out of the car. The project’s internal areas help shift the pace of life from rush to relaxation naturally, featuring a 600-meter looped walking and jogging track, a large garden of over 3 rai, communal spaces conducive to spending time together, as well as an Onsen, sauna, and steam room for physical recovery and mental resetting at the end of the day, making longevity a natural part of daily life.

In addition to space design, Noble has partnered with We Park to develop an application that helps residents better understand their lifestyle behaviors, along with collaborating with BDMS to offer a 3-year Longevity Package for those who book during this period, to care for their Health Span alongside living in a good environment. “For us, owning Nue Riverest Ratburana is not just about choosing a condominium for living or investment but is an investment in health and quality of life in the long term,” Ms. Padaporn concluded.

From the perspective of Mr. Jay Wannakorn, a running influencer, he shared his past experiences that exercising in nature rejuvenates both body and mind better than exercising in enclosed spaces. However, the pain point for urban dwellers is accessing nature, which often requires travel time, making many activities impossible to do daily. Meanwhile, Nue Riverest Ratburana connects everything in one space, both within the living units and communal areas, along with recommended walking and running activities for health by the Runners Club amidst the riverside atmosphere.

We invite those interested to experience “Longevity Living by the River” starting today:
