Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or "FPT," is moving forward with the development of a new Built-to-Suit automated sorting center in Thailand for SPX Express (SPX), a leading logistics partner that enhances business capabilities across Southeast Asia. The center will be located at Frasers Property Logistics Center (Mahachai) in Samut Sakhon, covering an area of 65,000 sq.m.

The building is designed to efficiently handle the circulation of parcels with Cross-Dock and Dual Cross-Dock systems, allowing for rapid loading and unloading of goods between incoming and outgoing shipments. It will feature over 200 truck parking spaces, and the sorting system will operate 24 hours a day, expected to handle millions of parcels daily once fully operational, with completion and handover scheduled for Q3 of 2026.

Currently, Frasers Property has four projects under development and completed for SPX across Southeast Asia, totaling approximately 345,000 sq.m. In addition to the new sorting center, the company previously constructed SPX's first sorting center of 73,000 sq.m. at Frasers Property Logistics Park (Wang Noi 2) in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, as well as developed a factory and warehouse of 54,200 sq.m. in BDIP Premium Industrial Park, Vietnam.

Moreover, in October 2025, Frasers Property developed a 170,000 sq.m. automated sorting center, a Built-to-Suit building in the Industrial Centre Yen My in Hung Yen Province, Vietnam, which is expected to be completed in Q4 of 2026, making it the largest automated sorting center for SPX in Southeast Asia.

The new sorting center at Frasers Property Logistics Center (Mahachai) will be developed according to LEED Gold green building standards, aligning with Frasers Property's commitment to developing sustainable industrial buildings that are ready for future growth, integrating environmentally friendly design concepts and efficient energy management systems, such as rooftop solar installations, LED lighting, water-saving fixtures, and designs that maximize natural light.
