NEXTOPIA, a new world-class attraction of Siam Paragon, is crafted under a Revolutionary Concept to serve as a platform for a grand collaboration in co-creating a better world (Co-creating Communities for a Better World) across more than 15,000 square meters on the 5th and 5A floors, with an investment budget of over 850 million baht.

In July 2025, Siam Paragon signed a power purchase agreement with the Metropolitan Electricity Authority under the Utility Green Tariff (UGT1) project, which is a green electricity service with a Renewable Energy Certificate (REC), making Siam Paragon the first shopping center group in the country to use renewable energy for over 30% of its total electricity consumption.

- Floor Radiant Cooling
Experience natural comfort with a radiant cooling system from the floor that maintains a consistent cool temperature without using forced air, reducing the spread of dust, allergens, and pathogens for clean, safe air while saving energy and being environmentally friendly, provided by Casa Tech. - The Cooling Waterfall
Enjoy refreshing sensations from a 16-meter high waterfall connecting three floors, acting as a massive natural air conditioner that increases humidity without wasting energy. - DAS & DOAS
Elevating air quality with technology from Daikin, installing advanced air conditioning systems, Displacement Air System (DAS) combined with Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS), mimicking the mechanisms of clean rooms to continuously separate and eliminate stale air, pollutants, and pathogens, providing pure, clean, and cool air. - Healthy Building Materials and Paints
In the NEXTOPIA area, special paints from TOA are used, free from mercury and lead, with ultra-low VOC emissions for excellent hygiene and compliance with international green building standards. Additionally, TPI Polene, Vanachai Group, and Saint Gobain have introduced construction materials designed to reduce the emission of harmful chemicals into the air and minimize environmental pollution, used in the NEXTOPIA area.
- Recycle Building Materials (Sustainable Building Materials)
Metal Sheet by BlueScope is an environmentally friendly construction material that can undergo high levels of recycling. Using durable recycled materials helps reduce resource consumption tangibly.
