National Housing Authority Collaborates with CP All and Panyapiwat Technological College to Provide Educational Opportunities for Community Youth
On November 23, 2025, the National Housing Authority, led by Governor Thaveepong Vichaidit, in collaboration with CP All Company and Panyapiwat Technological College, organized an online event titled “Providing Educational Opportunities to Develop Children and Youth in National Housing Communities.” The event saw participation from 29 communities with over 600 attendees, aimed at offering educational opportunities to children and youth, enhancing their knowledge and vocational skills at no cost, while also providing income and scholarships during their studies. Graduates will have job placements, and students from other provinces will receive free accommodation.

This collaboration will support youth in housing communities by equipping them with vocational skills that align with labor market demands, contributing to sustainable quality of life improvements. It will also enhance educational opportunities, training, and access to suitable employment, thereby reducing inequality and increasing job security for families in the community. Importantly, it aims to elevate the quality of life for children, youth, and residents in housing communities nationwide.

Governor Thaveepong stated that the National Housing Authority will coordinate with communities, support spaces, and select target groups with potential to ensure this collaboration yields tangible results, maximizing benefits for residents in housing communities. This initiative will strengthen communities to be sustainable under the “Smart Sustainable Community (SSC)” project, aligned with the BCG economic model, promoting job creation and income generation, reducing inequality, and improving access to public and private services for a better quality of life.

Meanwhile, CP All Company will support vocational training and skill development for youth through practical training courses, providing opportunities to apply their knowledge in the workforce. They will also collaborate on social projects related to education and careers, offering vocational certificate courses (Vocational Certificate) in fields such as commerce, retail business, and modern retail business. Additionally, higher vocational certificate courses (Higher Vocational Certificate) will be available in business administration, retail business management, and modern retail business, which can be studied at Panyapiwat Technological College and 20 Panyapiwat Learning Centers nationwide. This educational opportunity will expand in every academic term.

This collaboration marks a significant step towards sustainable development for youth and urban communities in social, economic, and environmental aspects, aligning with the National Housing Authority's vision of “Building Homes, Creating Happiness for a Better Quality of Life” and ensuring equal opportunities for all citizens.
“This project will create equal access to education for youth, and training will enhance vocational skills, generate income, reduce social inequality, strengthen communities, alleviate social issues, and cultivate quality youth, who are vital for the sustainable future of the country,” concluded Governor Thaveepong.
