The company takes full responsibility and has announced an immediate upgrade of production standards for all products under the company, in collaboration with the National Nuclear Technology Institute (Public Organization) or NSTDA, to implement "Cold Sterilization Technology", which is the "Gold Standard" globally, to ensure the highest safety for consumers.

The company confirms that it will expedite the upgrade of factory and office standards across the board, including addressing the contamination issue of Thai Swan herbal inhalers in collaboration with NSTDA, which will be completed within 7 days to build consumer confidence that the company is serious and committed to resolving the issues quickly.

On the other hand, Mr. Kamol Unchuu, manager of the Radiation Center at the National Nuclear Technology Institute (Public Organization) or NSTDA, revealed that "NSTDA has a crucial mission to support, advise, and assist in research, experimentation, and technology and radiation to elevate standards for Thai entrepreneurs.
