Property Perfect is advancing its project development strategy, stepping into a new era of health-focused living with an investment budget of 150 million baht to renovate clubhouses in 17 projects, transforming them into “Health & Lifestyle Clubs” to enhance the quality of life for project members and meet the modern living trends that prioritize health and convenience.

Mr. Wasan Srirattanapong, Chief Executive Officer of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, revealed that the company plans to upgrade clubhouses in 17 projects with a total budget of 150 million baht to elevate clubhouse services from general exercise areas to health and lifestyle centers, creating new communal spaces that cater to the comprehensive lifestyle needs of over 40,000 families in the company’s projects, recognizing the trend of modern consumers who are increasingly focusing on healthcare and balanced living.

The new clubhouses of Property Perfect across all 17 locations will be transformed into “Health & Lifestyle Clubs,” integrating health services and daily conveniences. This will be achieved through partnerships with nearby hospitals and leading health experts, bringing health promotion services to the area, such as physical therapy programs, basic health clinics, a Longevity zone, Salt Therapy rooms, and Ice Baths for muscle recovery after workouts, alongside modernizing existing fitness facilities and exercise classes. Activities will be available for family members of all ages. Additionally, there are plans to enhance lifestyle services such as electric vehicle charging stations, 24-hour laundromats, convenience stores, and health cafes to ensure that project members enjoy complete convenience within the community.

In 2026, the company will begin the first phase of clubhouse renovations at 7 locations, including Sukhumvit 77 - Suvarnabhumi, Chaeng Watthana Project (Thai Chamber of Commerce Road), Perfect Masterpiece Krungthep Kreetha, Metro Park Sathorn, Perfect Place Ramkhamhaeng-Suvarnabhumi, Perfect Place Rattanathibet (2), and Perfect Place Rangsit Expressway Bangpoon. Then, in 2027, another 10 clubhouses will be renovated, including Perfect Masterpiece Rattanathibet, Lake Resort Rangsit, Perfect Masterpiece Rama 9, Perfect Masterpiece Ratchaphruek, Perfect Place Ring-Ramkhamhaeng (2), Perfect Park Suvarnabhumi, Perfect Park Rama 5-Bang Yai, Perfect Park Bang Bua Thong, Perfect Place Ram Inthra-Ring, and Maneerin Lake & Park Tiwanon-Ring.
