B.Grimm has signed a collaboration agreement with Property Perfect Public Company Limited, a leading real estate developer in Thailand, to join forces in creating modern real estate projects with smart solutions for energy management and improved living conditions. They will also collaborate on planning social development activities aimed at achieving sustainability for the environment, residents, and communities.

Mr. Kitti Patanaleenakul, President of B.Grimm Industrial Group, expressed that B.Grimm is very pleased to partner with Property Perfect Public Company Limited to elevate new real estate projects in the western Bangkok area. B.Grimm is ready to work with Property Perfect to design and present products and solutions for efficient energy use while maintaining cost-effectiveness and high performance. This includes providing maintenance services to residents in each project, reflecting a long-term collaboration that encompasses everything from the beginning to the end, aimed at creating a better quality of life for the community alongside a sustainable environment.

B.Grimm will serve as a consultant, planner, supplier, and presenter of comprehensive products and services, including solar rooftop systems, energy management, facade systems that help save energy for buildings, window and door systems, air conditioning, air quality management, and pathogen control, residential security systems, electric vehicle charging management systems, and electrical systems for residences and commercial buildings to enhance the potential of real estate projects while providing value and reducing operational costs.
