The event took place on September 27, 2025, at Rajaprachanukroh School 36 in Phuket.

Mr. Pasu Lipatapallop, Executive Director of Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited, stated that this event reflects PROUD's commitment to creating communities with a sustainable quality of life by opening opportunities for the public to participate and support activities that connect the idea of 'good health' to 'sustainable living,' aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to achieve tangible health outcomes.

The event featured activities covering both physical and mental health to maximize benefits for the community, including:

  • Basic health check-ups by a team of doctors and nurses from Bangkok Siriroj Hospital to ensure public access to healthcare services and promote preventive health care.
  • Free vaccination against four strains of influenza, with 300 doses provided by BeDee by BDMS to enhance immunity and proactively prevent disease.

Additionally, there were activities promoting learning and helping others, such as:

  • Blood donation by the Thai Red Cross in collaboration with InterContinental Phuket Resort to increase blood supply for patients.
  • Basic life-saving demonstrations by experts from Andamanda Water Park to provide knowledge and skills for emergency situations.
  • Stress assessment through the BeDee application by BeDee by BDMS to help participants become more aware of their emotional and mental states, integrating technology into the community for easier access to medical professionals and experts.

Beyond health aspects, PROUD also emphasizes its commitment to creating a sustainable learning environment through the 'Color and Happiness' initiative, which involved painting and improving three areas of Rajaprachanukroh School 36, along with providing 4 Seasons 2in1 paint, a topcoat innovation, TOA Roofpaint for concrete surfaces, and high-quality equipment from TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited to enhance the landscape's beauty and safety. These areas will be developed into a Gamified Learning Playground or 'Learning Street' that is practical and durable, creating a fun and creative learning atmosphere for the youth in the community.

The success of this event resulted from the collaboration of various sectors, with business partners such as LIXIL and Habita Architects P Landscape supporting the creation of health-promoting spaces. Meanwhile, Kamala Subdistrict Administrative Organization and VHVs helped promote the event within the community, coordinated with Rajaprachanukroh School 36, and facilitated the venue, ensuring the event ran smoothly and was genuinely close to the community.

“Creating spaces that promote a sustainable quality of life is a core mission of PROUD. We do not stop at developing real estate projects but also aim to build strong communities with good health. The 'Wellness District' event is another significant step in collaborating with partners and all sectors to share wellness expertise with the community and jointly create sustainable health spaces in Phuket,” Mr. Pasu emphasized, reiterating that “Well Community is the heart that PROUD has always prioritized because we believe that the strength of the community is the foundation of truly good living.”
