The Thai Condominium Association organized the "CHARITY RUN 3rd – Live and Run" fundraising walk-run event for the year 2025 on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Suan Luang Rama IX (Nong Bon Lake). Participants could choose between distances of 10 kilometers and 5 kilometers.

We were honored to have Mr. Prasert Taedulayasathit, President of the Thai Condominium Association, along with Mr. Kobdej Tangchaiwong, Event Chairman, and the Association's committee members, to officially open the event and warmly welcome all participants.

This event was organized to promote exercise, foster unity among members and families in the real estate sector, construction materials, banking, and related businesses, while also raising funds for charitable activities and education, which has been a continuous mission of the association.

The event received a positive response from entrepreneurs and the general public, creating a fun and warm atmosphere that reflected the collaborative spirit of the Thai real estate community, ready to drive society forward sustainably.
