Mr. Pornchai Jantrach, a factory employee who has been with Crocodile since day one, recalls, "On my first day at work, I remember the factory atmosphere was just a large warehouse with machinery boxes waiting for contractors to install them. We spent several months assembling the machines with no more than five workers. Once everything was ready, we produced the first cement adhesive from this factory in 1992." Mr. Pornchai's recollection reflects the company's humble beginnings. Crocodile's first product, Crocodile Green Cement Adhesive, became a game-changer in the tile-laying industry, being a high-quality adhesive specifically designed for professional craftsmen. As a result, Crocodile Cement Adhesive quickly gained popularity among users. However, the greater challenge than producing quality products was building awareness and trust among distributors nationwide when construction workers or contractors were already familiar with other brands.

Mr. Wikit Kancha, Assistant Managing Director of Domestic Sales who joined the Crocodile team in 1996, shared about the challenging market entry, saying, "In the early days, the Crocodile brand was not well-known. Our sales involved running to meet distributors nationwide. Back then, when we approached major clients, we had to sit and wait for a long time, often visiting multiple times before we could meet them. For some major clients, it took us 3 to 4 years to prove ourselves through the reputation of our consistently high-quality products. What we had was consistency in our approach. We never gave up, and we fought until our products gained widespread acceptance."

This statue honors, remembers, and expresses gratitude for the dedication given to the company. Today, Pee Phanu's statue is a significant landmark at the headquarters.
