This year, Jorakae has partnered with Sansiri to introduce the "Jorakae Floor Patching Mortar", a thin-layer surface mortar used in the strong and durable flooring of Sansiri's projects. The "Jorakae Floor Patching Mortar" is a ready-mixed cement that helps repair and smooth concrete surfaces, reducing repair time to complete within 1 day (24 hours for pedestrian and bicycle traffic, 48 hours for small vehicles, and 72 hours for larger vehicles). It can be applied in a thin layer of only 2-5 millimeters per application, providing a smooth, strong surface and effectively extending the lifespan of the road areas within the project. Additionally, Jorakae offers a comprehensive flooring solution, from surface preparation and concrete repair to leveling and flooring installation, to create a strong foundation for residences and systematically extend the lifespan of buildings.
