ORI Fully Repays Bonds on Schedule, Amounting to 1.98 Billion Baht, Announces Successful Sale of New Bonds Worth 800 Million Baht with High Demand
Origin Property has fully repaid bonds amounting to 1,982.20 million baht as scheduled on September 1, 2025, reflecting a strong financial position. The company also announced the successful sale of new bonds worth 800 million baht, with demand exceeding 1.5 times, reinforcing investor confidence. The company is set to recognize revenue in the 3rd quarter of 2025 from the closing of the sale of the InterContinental Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit and from newly completed condominium projects, with ownership transfers for an additional 4 projects starting, accumulating a backlog of over 4,000 million baht in condominiums.

Mr. Pirapong Jarunake, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, revealed that the company has sufficient liquidity to support future business growth and the ability to continuously repay maturing bonds. Recently, the company has repaid the maturing bonds on September 1, 2025 in full, amounting to 1,982.20 million baht as scheduled, reflecting readiness to meet debt obligations and maintaining strong liquidity. The company thanks all bondholders for their trust and continuous support.

The company also announced the successful offering of new bonds in the 3rd quarter of 2025, totaling 800 million baht to the general public, which received significant interest from investors, resulting in an oversubscription of more than 1.5 times. The bonds offered are non-subordinated and unsecured, with a term of 2 years and 11 months, an interest rate of 5.50%, maturing on July 28, 2028, with interest paid every 3 months throughout the bond's term, available for subscription from August 25-27, 2025.

Additionally, in the 2nd quarter of 2025, Origin successfully closed a major deal as part of its new strategic plan, selling retail space in the 10th Avenue zone as a whole floor, valued at over 500 million baht in the “Origin Thonglor World” project to Mr. Andre Koo, a Taiwanese billionaire and owner of Chailease Group, a major leasing business in Asia. The company also transferred ownership of a large block in the “Origin Plug & Play E22 Station” project to Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited (DELTA) for over 278 units. Both deals reflect the trust from major companies in the Origin Group.

The company is preparing to recognize revenue in the 3rd quarter of 2025 from the closing of the sale of the InterContinental Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit to Ci:z Technologies, a company engaged in nursing home services and software development for the nursing and welfare industry, as well as consulting and other related businesses under Ci:z Holdings Co., Ltd., a major company in Japan, which has resulted in an increase of over 800 million baht in net cash flow.

Furthermore, the company has completed condominium projects and is beginning to transfer ownership in the 3rd quarter of 2025 for another 4 projects: The Origin Place Bangna, The Origin Bangkae, The Origin Phahol 57, and The Hampton Suite Rayong, with a backlog of over 4,000 million baht for these condominiums.
The company reinforces its strength with a credit line of over 29,000 million baht to support project development within the group, and a total backlog at the end of the 2nd quarter of 2025 of over 43,336 million baht, which will be gradually recognized as revenue over the next 5 years, while continuing to drive business growth alongside social and environmental care for sustainable development.
