The bond issuance aligns with the strategy to enhance the flexibility of the capital structure and maintain financial liquidity to support robust and sustainable business growth in the long term. The company reported second-quarter results for 2025, generating over 3.61 billion THB from ownership transfers, with a profit of 319 million THB, increasing more than threefold QoQ. The accumulated sales of houses and condos in the first six months totaled 14.049 billion THB, accounting for 47% of the annual target, while showcasing a backlog of over 43.336 billion THB, ensuring revenue for the next five years. The company is on track to meet its annual goals, accelerating the launch of new projects alongside ready-to-move-in projects in Q3 2025, with an additional four condo ownership transfers expected, adding over 4 billion THB to the backlog.

In the hotel business, there are currently nine operational hotels, with three more set to open in 2025. Two of these will be re-openings of hotels acquired in 2023, located in major tourist destinations like Phuket and Chiang Mai, while one will be in Bangkok. The group has consistently improved the performance of its hotel business, making this an opportune time for asset valuation and enabling the execution of strategies to sell hotels at prices aligned with asset potential as per the business plan.

Recently, the group completed a deal to sell its 51% stake in the InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit hotel to Ci:z Technologies, a company involved in nursing home operations and software development for the nursing and welfare industry, as well as real estate and consulting services under Ci:z Holdings Co., Ltd., a major player in Japan. This transaction has resulted in an increase of over 800 million THB in net cash flow and will contribute to profits in the third quarter of 2025. The group is focused on continuously developing and enhancing the operational capabilities of its hotel business to support long-term asset portfolio management strategies as outlined in the joint venture business plan.
