CPANEL reports a backlog of 1.31 billion baht, revealing plans for the second half of 2025 to expand its customer base in both public and private sectors while maintaining existing clients in the real estate sector to ensure steady revenue recognition. The company aims to manage costs efficiently and maintain a strong financial position, highlighting its Precast Earthquake Resistance products manufactured using a Fully Automated system to create more opportunities for project acquisition.

Mr. Chakrit Teepakornsukasem, Managing Director of CPANEL Public Company Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of Precast Concrete products using Fully Automated systems for real estate construction projects, stated that the revenue recognition outlook for the second half of 2025 is continuously improving due to the delivery of residential and office building projects for government clients. Currently, the company has a backlog valued at 1.31 billion baht, split evenly between public and private sector projects.

The company continues to focus on diversifying its customer base in both public and private sectors, with government projects including housing for civil servants, educational institutions, and hospitals, while private sector projects encompass tourism and service businesses, retail, and medium-sized luxury residential developments that can generate quick revenue. Additionally, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the real estate sector by consistently delivering quality products is a priority.

This expansion of the customer base will enable the company to recognize revenue consistently and restore profitability to normal levels. The company also emphasizes efficient management of operational costs across all areas to maintain a strong financial position.
