SHARGE reinforces its position as a leading comprehensive EV Charging Operator in the country, showcasing a remarkable 4-fold increase in EV charging station users. The charging volume per station has surged by 288% following the overall growth in EV registrations and the app's recognition for its convenience, stability, and strategic location coverage that aligns with lifestyle needs. Collaborations with strong partners from both automotive brands and fleet businesses are expected to drive the commercial EV market from 200,000 vehicles to 4.86 million by 2030. The company is launching a new phase by integrating roaming capabilities for other EV Charger brands, allowing cross-brand charging through the RÊVERSHARGER app, starting with a partnership with Spark EV to continuously expand new stations for the growing market, alongside developing technology and a loyalty program to enhance convenience and comfort. Additionally, the company is open to new partnerships to drive the EV Ecosystem, enriching the charging journey both at night, during the day, and on-the-go.

Mr. Pirapat Sirichantaropas, CEO of Charge Management Co., Ltd., the provider of charging stations under the RÊVERSHARGER brand and a leader in comprehensive electric vehicle charging services, stated that the company's Charging as a Service business segment experienced exponential growth in the first half of 2025 (January-June 2025) compared to the same period in 2024. This includes: 1. The number of weekly active EV charging users grew from approximately 3,200 to 12,800, a 4-fold increase; 2. The average charging volume per station over six months increased from 8,670 kWh to 33,679 kWh, a 288% rise; and 3. The average number of charges per station over six months increased from 402 to 1,223, a 205% increase, despite the company only expanding its charging station count by about 25% during this period.

Initially, the company estimates that the growth in all areas stems from various factors, including external factors such as the increase in EV registrations as consumers gain confidence in transitioning from gasoline vehicles to EVs, and internal factors, including consumer recognition of the app as a “high-quality EV Charger application” due to the company's focus on three areas: 1. Service - designing a user-friendly system and application with high stability and no crashes, leading to continuous consumer trust; 2. Lifestyle alignment - developing stations in key locations such as tourist attractions, energy stations, car showrooms, condominiums, shopping malls, and logistics hubs that meet actual EV charging needs; and 3. Partnerships - collaborating with strong partners from both personal vehicle brands and businesses transitioning their commercial vehicles to EVs, resulting in a steadily increasing user base. All these factors have positioned the company as one of the major national players in the EV Ecosystem for both general users and organizations.

The company also assesses that its electric power sales business still has significant growth potential, as the recent growth in the EV market has been concentrated in the personal vehicle segment, while the commercial vehicle market, such as taxis, delivery vehicles, or transport vehicles, is still in the early stages of transitioning to EVs.

Mr. Pirapat further stated that commercial electric vehicles began registering in Thailand for the first time in 2021 with around 2,000 units and have gradually grown, expected to reach 199,000 units by the end of 2025. However, the company predicts that 2025 will mark the beginning of a significant growth phase for this market, as transport and logistics operators will increasingly focus on transitioning to EVs, driven by key factors such as oil price volatility, decreasing EV vehicle costs due to production technology and competition among manufacturers, the private sector's commitment to ESG goals, the readiness of charging infrastructure in urban and logistics routes, and government support measures. It is projected that by 2030, the cumulative registration of commercial electric vehicles will leap to 4.86 million units, making commercial vehicles a core driver of EV market growth moving forward.

“SHARGE is entering a new phase of growth, and we are developing systems to accommodate the increasing number of EV users in the future in three areas: 1. Linking applications to allow EV users to charge across different charging station brands seamlessly through a single app via a roaming system. We have recently piloted connecting the RÊVERSHARGER app network with Spark EV, a provider of high-speed chargers, and will expand partnerships with other providers in the future; 2. Expanding the number of charging stations to support the growth of both Passenger Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle users; and 3. Developing technology to design features for smoother charging station services, including enhancing the company's Loyalty Program to connect with partners, providing convenience and benefits to consumers, while also strengthening the EV Ecosystem,” Mr. Pirapat stated.

SHARGE is committed to laying the foundation for an EV Ecosystem that connects people's lifestyles with clean energy sustainably, reinforcing its position as a comprehensive EV Charging Operator ready with software, high-speed charging technology, and a large network of charging stations that support all forms of EV usage under the concept of “comprehensive, convenient, and comfortable”, covering solutions for private charging at residences, public charging stations, and EV Fleet Solutions for businesses.
