Mr. Arakphon Pirompradit, Director of the Property Utilization Department, stated that the National Housing Authority has opened a prime location for private entities to submit proposals for rental fees to operate a market in two areas. These include: 1.) The Sukhothai Salaya Housing Project (Nakhon Pathom), land title number 11359, covering an area of 0-2-08.0 rai, located on Salaya - Nakhon Chai Si Road, Mahasawat Sub-district, Phutthamonthon District, Nakhon Pathom Province. To ensure transparency in all operational steps according to good governance principles, the National Housing Authority is allowing interested private parties to submit proposals for rental fees for the aforementioned area, with a minimum rental fee of no less than 78,000 baht. The rental period is set for 6 years, with a bid guarantee of 15,000 baht and monthly rent as determined by the National Housing Authority.

And 2.) The Sukhothai Nakhon Pathom Salaya 3 Phase 1 Housing Project, land title number 105260, covering an area of 0-1-90.0 rai, located in Songkhlong Sub-district, Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The minimum rental fee for this area is set at no less than 57,000 baht, with a rental period of 6 years, a bid guarantee of 10,000 baht, and monthly rent as determined by the National Housing Authority. Both projects have a deadline for submitting proposals on July 17, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with the opening of proposals on the same day starting at 11:30 AM at the Property Utilization Department meeting room, 5th floor (East side), Building 1, National Housing Authority Headquarters, Khlong Chan Sub-district, Bang Kapi District, Bangkok.
