Sansiri Public Company Limited is the first Thai real estate firm to pioneer and advocate for equality in society for over 10 years, driving significant and continuous social change in Thailand. This is in line with the strong vision of “Sethaput Thaveesin,” the founder of Sansiri and the 30th Prime Minister of Thailand, who aims to promote equality in all dimensions from the organizational level to the national level. Recently, the marriage equality law was officially enacted for the first time in Thai history, reflecting the important role that shows Thai society recognizes and respects diversity and true equality.

Sansiri Live Equally towards "Just Don’t Judge" – a broader new step. “Gender – Ability - Social Status” should not be judged.
In Pride Month 2025, Sansiri continues its efforts to create equality in Thai society by launching the campaign "Just Don’t Judge" that “stops judging” and starts “understanding” to create a space of equality where everyone has equal rights to be themselves, “to develop their potential without being confined,” focusing on three main issues: gender identity, ability, and social status.
Regarding gender identity (Gender), regardless of how one defines themselves, everyone has the right to be accepted, loved, and given equal opportunities. “Gender should not be judged” but is a part of humanity that has the right to live freely and with value in society. Similarly, ability (Ability), many people have disabilities that others see as limitations, but in reality, potential has no formula, and ability is not confined to traditional definitions of excellence. Everyone has their own potential that should not be judged and can showcase their abilities to achieve success in their own way.

And social status (Status), the life circumstances of each person may not be equal. Some are born with opportunities, while others start from scratch, but a person's value should not be tied to wealth, position, or labels society places on them. A good society should not judge anyone but should see them for who they are and open pathways for everyone to continue on their own journey.
“Equality” is not just a right or a law, but is “understanding – refraining from judgment.
As a brand that believes in the value of human diversity, Sansiri has launched the campaign
Just Don’t Judge, as we believe that humans are more than just the judgments of others. Sansiri aims to be part of the power that not only communicates but also seeks to encourage society to stop confining and judging, and start with “understanding” that respecting each other's identities is the foundation of a truly equal society. Whether it is about gender, ability, or status, living equally is not just a matter of rights or laws, but is about understanding and refraining from judging each other, which we must work together to make a reality in Thai society.
