This initiative supports the skill development project for construction workers in 2025, with the handover ceremony held at the Ministry of Labor.

Nakhon Luang Cement has consistently supported cement products for a long time. In 2024, it donated over 110 tons of cement for training activities under the Department of Skill Development's workforce development plan across 22 provinces nationwide, benefiting more than 559 trainees.

Additionally, Nakhon Luang Cement organized practical training workshops under the "Insee 4.0 Construction Workers" project to enhance knowledge and skills for local construction workers. Follow-up evaluations from last year's project showed that unemployed trainees could earn an average of 300 baht per day, while skilled workers could adjust their wages to an average of 400 baht per day.

This collaborative project has been supported by the company for over 25 years, with more than 26,000 individuals trained, reflecting the organization's commitment to improving the quality of Thai labor to enhance income opportunities and reduce unemployment issues at both community and national levels.
