Nakhon Luang Cement is moving forward with the 'Planting for a Livable World' initiative in collaboration with partners Pruksa Holding and Diamond Products to restore limestone quarry areas by increasing green spaces with 100 royal tree saplings. This reinforces the sustainable development approach of the group under the Sustainable Development Plan 2030, focusing on reducing environmental impacts and restoring affected areas to improve the quality of life for communities, society, and stakeholders, while creating a low-carbon society and providing clean air for communities around the factory.

Mr. Montree Nithikul, Chief Executive Officer of Nakhon Luang Cement Public Company Limited revealed the 'Planting for a Livable World' project, the latest initiative aimed at supporting sustainability efforts under the Sustainable Development Plan 2030 (INSEE Sustainability Ambition 2030). The objective is to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and restore limestone quarries while enhancing landscapes and increasing green spaces back to nature. This project allows business partners to participate in sustainable environmental development through tree planting, aligning with long-term goals to create a positive and sustainable impact on the environment and communities.

Mr. Sitthichai Siriuyuwit, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Nakhon Luang Cement Public Company Limited stated that the 'Planting for a Livable World' activity organized this time is an initiative led by the marketing and sales department, focusing on building strong networks and relationships with partner businesses. This time, collaboration was received from executives and employees of Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited and Diamond Products Public Company Limited to work together in creating a low-carbon society through nature restoration by planting trees, which will ultimately lead to promoting business cooperation focused on long-term environmental conservation.

On this occasion, executives and partners united to plant 100 Waha trees, which are royal saplings granted by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The company requested these royal saplings through the Chaipattana Foundation, which are native species in Saraburi province, and planted them in the quarry area of the factory in the Takhwa sub-district, Kaeng Khoi district, Saraburi province.
