ORI Fully Repays Bonds of 2.965 Billion Baht as Scheduled, Prepares for Transfer of 3 New Projects in Q2/2025 with a Backlog Exceeding 4 Billion Baht
Origin Property has fully repaid bonds totaling 2.965 billion baht as planned, and is preparing to gradually transfer ownership of 3 new completed projects in Q2/2025 across 3 zones: Bangkok, Samut Prakan, and Rayong. The company has a backlog of over 4 billion baht, with an additional 7 projects set to transfer in the latter half of 2025, accumulating a backlog of over 6.6 billion baht.
Mr. Pirapong Jaroonaek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, revealed that the company has repaid bonds maturing in April 2025 in full, totaling 2.965 billion baht. The company has a strong repayment history, having planned the issuance and offering of bonds with careful consideration of the amount and maturity period. The gradual repayment aligns with project development plans and future revenue recognition. We thank all investors for their trust and will continue to drive the business towards our set growth targets.

Regarding the transfer of ownership in Q2/2025, there are 3 condominium projects completed as planned, including the Origin Plug & Play E22 Station, Origin Plug & Play Srinakarin, and The Hampton Suites Rayong, with a backlog of over 4 billion baht. In the latter half of 2025, there will be an additional 7 condominium projects set to transfer ownership, with a backlog exceeding 6.6 billion baht, in line with our project development plans to ensure new projects are completed every quarter. The company prioritizes maintaining liquidity while driving business growth according to our plans.
The company is also ready to drive the organization under the strategy “Resilience Leads To Sustainable Growth”, creating flexibility in management to adapt to changes for sustainable growth on new opportunities, aiming for long-term stability in business, society, and the environment. We will continue to pursue our business goals as planned by launching new projects (Project Launch) in both Bangkok and provincial areas, totaling 11 projects worth 20 billion baht, including 5 condominium projects from ORIGIN VERTICAL worth 12.5 billion baht and 6 single-family home projects from Britania worth 7.5 billion baht.
