N.C. Housing Public Company Limited operates in real estate, both horizontal and vertical, under the concept of Home Expert Living Care. It is the first company in Thailand to receive ISO certification and has grown robustly into its 31st year. Moving forward with home care, the company introduces environmentally friendly innovations and technologies to enhance home quality and promote green, low-carbon living.

Mr. Somnuk Tantatherdtham, Managing Director of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited stated that, following the continuous product development policy, this year N.C. has focused on system installation from the foundation of homes, including single houses, duplexes, and townhomes, which are leading brands such as N.C. Neola, Fah Greenery Neola Rangsit-Klong 2, Fah Greenery Neola Ring Road-Lam Luk Ka Klong 7, Fah Greenery Theo Chaipak-Chaeng Watthana, Fah Greenery Theo Pinklao-Phetkasem, N.C. Tiwa Pinklao-Sai 5, Fah Grand Towny Westgate, Fah Towny Srinakarin-Thepharak, and Fah Grand Towny Phetkasem-Sai 5, which are pilot projects with essential components of a comprehensive construction process. N.C. has partnered with CPAC, which has extensive expertise and experience in bringing innovations and environmentally friendly technologies to create quality homes that care for the planet. This collaboration marks a significant step towards modern construction with low carbon concrete, supporting a Low Carbon Society. The company is confident in choosing this approach to develop quality homes while also helping to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in the production process, which is environmentally friendly, to mitigate PM 2.5 dust and greenhouse gas emissions, and to lessen the impact on climate. N.C. is committed to providing the best quality homes that ensure safety and health for residents while also contributing to environmental conservation through all projects and house types participating in the home care and environmental conservation initiative towards green, low-carbon homes.

Mr. Thirawat Poonkanjanaroj, Managing Director of Construction Products and Materials Co., Ltd. or CPAC revealed that CPAC is a leader in manufacturing construction materials that prioritize product and service development to reduce environmental impact, particularly carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in the construction industry through Green Products, Green Processes, and Green Logistics. The company offers a comprehensive range of eco-friendly products that meet the needs of green customers, especially with “Low Carbon Concrete,” allowing customers to join in environmental conservation. With the growing trend in the construction market focusing on environmentally friendly materials, there will be increased growth driven by various factors such as consumer demand and government support, prompting developers to adapt and choose sustainable construction materials. “The collaboration between CPAC and N.C. confirms that both organizations share the same vision and goal of advancing sustainable construction while promoting environmentally responsible measures, social responsibility, and governance, as well as encouraging the Thai construction industry to recognize environmentally friendly construction in every production process. By choosing CPAC's low carbon concrete for all nine horizontal projects, N.C. can reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by up to 1,371,570 kgCO2e, equivalent to planting 144,375 trees, which serves as another mechanism to drive the green industry towards achieving the net zero greenhouse gas emissions target by 2050 as planned.”

Mr. Somnuk concluded that this collaboration represents a new phenomenon where housing developers pay attention to home innovations while being environmentally friendly. All of this reflects N.C. Housing's commitment as it enters its 31st year, along with CPAC, which shares a common approach that not only addresses housing needs but also considers the environment, while also motivating the Thai construction industry to participate in driving Thailand towards a low-carbon society and contributing to the push for a Net Zero society to elevate quality homes while caring for the planet together.
