Mr. Witakarn Janthawimon, Deputy Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Creativity at AP Thailand Public Company Limited, stated that following the earthquake incident, the company is highly concerned for all residents. Since the day of the event, the company has established a War Room to manage the impacts of this disaster. The primary concern of the residents is the structural safety of the buildings. Therefore, the company immediately conducted structural inspections of all 82 condominium projects under the AP brand, dividing the inspection into two phases: Phase 1 involved an immediate assessment of the initial damage, which has been completed for all 82 projects since March 29.

Phase 2 involves collaboration with experts from various fields to establish a survey committee to assess the impacts. This includes qualified engineers and specialized companies, divided into 7 teams to conduct thorough inspections of every project and issue safety certificates signed by qualified engineers. The teams are led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arti Petchsasithorn, Assistant Rector of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Assoc. Prof. Lt. Col. Dr. Supachai Sinthavorn, Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Srinakharinwirot University, and Mr. Chai Saengsai, a senior civil engineer (license no. 2190) and senior structural engineering consultant at CS 2190 Co., Ltd., along with Mr. Kittipob Pruksakijkaji, a senior engineer (license no. 1571) at Boulder Stewart Co., Ltd., supported by 3 additional teams of expert engineers.

As of now (April 1), the survey committee has completed the inspection of the building structures, which is the primary concern of the residents, for 79 out of the 82 projects. Only 3 projects remain, which the inspection team needs to revisit due to rescheduled appointments. The new schedules provided by the projects are as follows:
