Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM) is bringing second-hand properties or non-performing assets (NPA) for residential purposes, including single houses, townhouses, residential condos, commercial buildings, apartments, factories/warehouses, and vacant land, to auction for interested buyers on March 25. Properties for investment will be auctioned on April 8. SAM will auction a total of 23 items valued at 116 million baht.
