The National Housing Authority invites owners of residential units in the Ram Inthra community housing project to confirm their residency rights and share their opinions on participating in the Ram Inthra community revitalization project by March 15, 2025. Please call 09 2750 2856 or Line: @nha_superpoll.
The National Housing Authority plans to survey the opinions of owners of residential units in the Ram Inthra community housing project regarding participation in the revitalization project for all 490 units. Therefore, we encourage owners who have not yet responded to the housing and participation survey to contact the National Housing Authority to confirm their residency rights and share their opinions on the revitalization project by March 15, 2025.
Mr. Thawipong Wichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, stated that the Ram Inthra community housing project was constructed in 1976, consisting of five-story residential buildings with 490 units. Currently, the buildings are in a state of disrepair, and the surrounding environment has deteriorated over time due to the project being over 49 years old. Additionally, the project area is approximately 1.50 meters below the level of Ram Inthra Road, leading to flooding issues that have damaged the building structures, along with social and living conditions that are quite congested. The National Housing Authority is concerned about the quality of life for community residents and is committed to implementing the Ram Inthra community revitalization project to provide residents with stable, standard, safe housing in a livable environment, thereby improving their quality of life.

“The National Housing Authority has conducted studies to develop a master plan for the project and is actively working on social initiatives and participatory processes to enhance understanding of urban revitalization and development among residents. We also provide opportunities for feedback and suggestions regarding the project, such as through meetings to clarify social action plans and community participation processes, as well as training programs to build knowledge and understanding of urban revitalization. Furthermore, the National Housing Authority has collaborated with Superpoll to engage with residents to explain the necessity and importance of revitalizing the Ram Inthra community and to survey residents' opinions on participating in the project, using the collected data to develop a project that aligns with the residents' way of life,”
Assistant Professor Dr. Nopadol Kranika, project manager for the study and survey of opinions on the Ram Inthra community revitalization project, stated that the National Housing Authority has assigned Superpoll to follow up and survey the opinions of owners of residential units in the Ram Inthra community housing project. We invite the 490 owners to respond to the housing survey and confirm their rights to participate in the Ram Inthra community revitalization project so that the National Housing Authority can successfully implement the project, creating a better future for housing, society, and the community environment for residents.
