Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM) has announced that SAM has selected second-hand properties or non-performing assets (NPA) for residential use in prime locations across the country at special prices, to be auctioned in the 4th auction of 2025 on March 11, 2025. A total of 32 items valued at 103 million baht will be available, including single houses, duplexes, townhouses, residential units, commercial buildings, office buildings, and vacant land for interested bidders.
Highlighted properties include a 2-story townhouse in the Pruksa Ville 96 project on Phahonyothin-Phimsin Road, Khlong Thon Subdistrict, Sai Mai District, Bangkok. There are 2 plots available: one with an area of 18.7 square wah starting at 2.53 million baht, and another with an area of 26.9 square wah starting at 2.95 million baht.
