ORI Completes Full Subscription of 1.5 Billion Baht Debenture Sale as Targeted
Origin Property has successfully completed its first debenture sale of 2025, with investors subscribing to the full amount of 1.5 billion baht, offering a maximum interest rate of 5.15% per annum, reflecting confidence in the business.
Mr. Pirapong Jaroonaek, Chief Executive Officer of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, revealed that the first debenture sale of 2025 consisted of three series: Series 1 with a term of 2 years, 1 month, and 8 days at a fixed interest rate of 4.50% per annum; Series 2 with a term of 3 years at a fixed interest rate of 4.85% per annum; and Series 3 with a term of 4 years at a fixed interest rate of 5.15% per annum. The sale took place on February 10, 11, and 13, 2025, and received continuous interest from investors, leading to a full subscription of 1.5 billion baht.
“This debenture sale is part of our strategy to enhance financial stability and create long-term value for shareholders. We thank all investors for their trust. We aim to develop new real estate projects to increase our competitive potential in the industry. Additionally, Origin has prepared the necessary funds for the repayment of the debentures maturing this April,” Mr. Pirapong stated.
The debentures have been rated “BBB+” with a “Stable” outlook by Tris Rating Company. The success of this full subscription reflects investor confidence in Origin's business, supported by strong performance. In 2024, the company achieved presales from residential projects amounting to 35.442 billion baht, meeting its target, and has a backlog of 47.329 billion baht, which will generate continuous revenue over the next five years. Furthermore, the company is committed to driving its business alongside social and environmental development for sustainable growth in the future.
