AssetWise, in collaboration with the Bang Khen District Office, has launched the first "Net Zero+ Learning Center" aimed at achieving zero greenhouse gas emissions while addressing social and economic issues. This center serves as a learning resource for the public, featuring solar energy systems, a drip irrigation system, waste separation points, and air-purifying trees, all while promoting the GrowGreen concept within the community. Additionally, the PUNN by AssetWise project continues to develop innovations that help generate income for local residents through the ESG Shop, supporting vendors within the food center via Line OA and introducing ESG Coins at Ruam Jai Bang Khen, Ram Inthra 2.

Mr. Wutthiphan Phongpan, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Business Sustainability and Environment at AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate developer under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness," stated that AssetWise has developed the "Net Zero+ Learning Center" as the first of its kind and has handed it over to the Bang Khen District Office, Bangkok, to open for the public to learn about achieving zero greenhouse gas emissions while addressing social and economic issues in an integrated manner. This learning center is part of the development project for Ruam Jai Bang Khen, Ram Inthra 2, which aims to serve as a food center (Hawker Center) and a comprehensive learning center for the Bang Khen District Office. The opening ceremony was honored by Mr. Chatchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, Ms. Wantanee Watanakorn, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Secretary, and Ms. Anchana Boonsuya, Bang Khen District Director, who attended as guests of honor to inaugurate and visit the learning center.

“The Net Zero+ Learning Center we are delivering today is another significant step for AssetWise in driving sustainability in a tangible way across environmental, social, and economic dimensions. By bringing the PUNN By AssetWise project, which aims to support society, together with the GrowGreen concept that we implement in our organization and residential projects, we hope to share this knowledge with the community and the general public. We envision this space as a clear example of integrating innovation, knowledge, and collaboration from all sectors to create a measurable change in quality of life and the environment today and in the future,” Mr. Wutthiphan stated.

For the Net Zero+ Learning Center, AssetWise has designed and developed it in line with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policies, connecting with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration's 9 policies for 9 benefits. The focus is on providing knowledge about achieving zero greenhouse gas emissions through various learning resources, such as the ESG & Net Zero+ learning resource in the environmental sector, which aligns with the five core axes of the GrowGreen concept by AssetWise: 1. Green Space promoting tree planting with a system to record and track tree growth, accessible via Line OA: ASWGrowGreen; 2. Clean Air selecting and planting species that help reduce pollution, including air-purifying and dust-reducing trees; 3. Energy Efficiency providing learning resources for solar panel installation, carbon credit calculation, and the Carbon Footprint of Organization (CFO) in the food center, while supporting the use of clean energy and planting shade trees to reduce temperatures within the food center; 4. Water Saving installing a drip irrigation system for optimal water use; 5. Waste Management providing cold drinking water from a solar-powered system to reduce plastic bottle usage and installing separation, tipping, and overturning stations for waste sorting.

Furthermore, the center emphasizes economic wealth by developing the ESG Shop system to support vendors within the food center through Line OA: ESG Shop, providing ESG Coins for spending in the shops as a driver for sustainable income. AssetWise has consistently committed to advancing sustainability goals across all dimensions, implementing the “GrowGreen” concept across all sectors, from employees in the organization, public and private sector partners, to residents within residential projects, and supporting quality of life and community through the “PUNN by AssetWise” project.
