On December 20, 2024, Dr. Nalika Atipak Saengsanit, Managing Director of DAD Asset Development Co., Ltd., presided over and presented awards to the winners of the photo contest “Beautiful Sky Garden” in the categories of Parking Building A and Parking Building D. There were a total of 10 awards in two categories: general public and students, held on the 2nd floor of Parking Building D at the Government Complex.

Dr. Nalika Atipak Saengsanit, Managing Director of DAD stated that the photo contest “Beautiful Sky Garden” for Parking Buildings A and D was organized to promote public awareness of the beautiful public spaces located on the rooftop of Parking Building A, covering an area of 5,872 square meters, developed under the concept of Welcoming Garden. The rooftop of Parking Building D features an Urban Farming garden, spanning over 2,789 square meters. The rooftop of Building A connects to Building D and has a skywalk leading to the Pink Line MRT station at the Government Complex, providing convenient access via public transport or by parking at Building D.

This green space is open to the general public, including civil servants and employees working at the Government Complex, in line with DAD's objective to develop this area as more than just a government facility, but as a recreational space for the public and a transportation hub connecting to public transport systems, including the Pink Line MRT station at the Government Complex and the EV Shuttle Bus station that services visitors to the Government Complex, ensuring public benefit to society.
