CPAC Partners with Property Perfect to Take a Step Forward Using Low Carbon Concrete in Thailand's First Precast Factory
Property Perfect Public Company Limited emphasizes its operational policy under the concept of “Go Green” in residential development, committed to creating a transformation towards a future of green construction. They are introducing “CPAC Low Carbon Concrete”, which can help reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by at least 17 KgCO2e (kilograms of carbon dioxide), for the production of precast components as the first in Thailand, to deliver quality homes that are environmentally friendly to over 40 projects.

Mr. Vicharn Sirivechwarawut, Chief Operating Officer of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, revealed that the company has a vision to become a leader in real estate development, continuously enhancing the quality of life and creating a perfect environment to bring happiness to all residents. The company is also committed to sustainable business development under the “Go Green” concept, with one of the key goals being the selection of products that reduce the use of natural resources and lower carbon dioxide emissions from the production process. Recently, they partnered with CPAC to use CPAC Low Carbon Concrete as a raw material in the production of precast concrete slabs at Perfect Prefab Precast Factory, marking it as the first precast factory in Thailand to implement this low carbon concrete in its production process.

“For the production of precast concrete slabs at Perfect Prefab Factory, we have been collaborating with CPAC for 12 years. The strength lies in the consistent quality of the concrete, meeting the designed specifications for load-bearing capacity and workability, allowing for timely delivery. Additionally, CPAC has a dedicated team providing excellent advice. Importantly, CPAC continuously develops its products, leading to the creation of ‘low carbon concrete’, which uses low carbon structural cement and replaces cement with coal fly ash, thereby reducing carbon dioxide emissions by at least 17 KgCO2e (kilograms of carbon dioxide). Since the company started using this formula in the factory from September 2023 to September 2024, it has managed to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 208,993 kilograms, equivalent to planting 21,999 trees.

Mr. Vicharn further stated that all of this reflects the company's commitment to environmental preservation while moving towards a green construction industry. Building houses with precast systems ensures strength and durability, allowing them to bear weight instead of relying solely on columns, speeding up construction time, reducing pollution, and minimizing waste from construction materials. Additionally, leftover concrete is repurposed into smaller products such as curbs or paving slabs. Currently, the company is constructing over 40 low-rise housing projects using precast systems in Bangkok and its vicinity.

Mr. Nopporn Keerati-Bhanarat, Chief Marketing Officer of Construction Products and Materials Company Limited added, “CPAC places great importance on the continuous development of Green Products to help alleviate the world's burden while promoting development that aligns with society and communities. Our collaboration with Property Perfect demonstrates our commitment to creating the best solutions and represents a significant change in the construction industry that cares for the environment, reducing the impact of natural resource use through innovative and advanced technologies. This will drive the Thai construction sector to grow and move in a positive direction, serving as a crucial mechanism to promote the responsible and efficient use of resources for a better world for future generations.”
